Deci am facut asta pentru un textdraw.

   TextDrawLetterSize(News2[f],0.250000, 2.000000);
   TextDrawAlignment(News2[f], 1);
   TextDrawColor(News2[f], -1);
   TextDrawSetShadow(News2[f], 0);
   TextDrawSetOutline(News2[f], 1);
   TextDrawBackgroundColor(News2[f], 255);
   TextDrawFont(News2[f], 2);
   TextDrawSetProportional(News2[f], 1);
    }

si asta la onplayerconnect 

    new newtext[41], name[MAX_PLAYER_NAME];
    GetPlayerName(playerid, name, MAX_PLAYER_NAME);
    format(newtext, sizeof(newtext), " %s /  Real-Gaming", name);
    TextDrawSetString(News2[playerid], newtext);
      TextDrawShowForPlayer(playerid, News2[playerid]);

si tot nu merge adica nu arata.

Cel mai simplu posibil cum am si eu adauga la OnPlayerConnect asta:

new newtext[41], name[MAX_PLAYER_NAME];
	 GetPlayerName(playerid, name, MAX_PLAYER_NAME);
	 format(newtext, sizeof(newtext), " %s / Bugged", name);
	 TextDrawSetString(News2[playerid], newtext);
	 TextDrawShowForPlayer(playerid, News2[playerid]);
